About Austin

Austin S. Paladeau is a litigator in McLeod Law's Personal Injury and Wills, Trusts & Estates groups, representing clients in fatal accident, motor vehicle, pedestrian, and product liability claims, as well as estate litigation and health law disputes involving guardianship and Medical Assistance in Dying. He holds a JD from Thompson Rivers University and a BA from the University of Calgary, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015. Austin has appeared as lead counsel at trial and on appeal in Alberta and British Columbia's superior courts, including cases awarding damages for serious personal injury and assault. He focuses on understanding each client's goals through detailed discussion before developing a tailored litigation strategy.
