About Cole

Cole Macfarlane earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from Queen's University in 2019 before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Law in 2024. He first summered at Linden & Associates in 2022, returned as an articling student in 2024, and joined the firm as an associate after his 2025 call to the Ontario bar. During his time as a student, Cole worked on complex medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury files, helping develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and prepare for discoveries and mediations. He also conducted legal research on liability and damages issues. Through that experience he built a strong grounding in civil litigation and a client-focused approach to advocacy.
