About Clark

Clark Hartnett grew up on the North Shore and obtained his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014, practising with a downtown litigation firm before joining Lakes, Whyte LLP in 2018. He handles personal injury and ICBC matters, construction disputes, and wills and estates law. Before becoming a lawyer he worked in marketing and technical sales, and changed careers after being struck by a car as a pedestrian and going through his own lawsuit, which he says gives him particular insight into the litigation process from a client's perspective.
