About John
John Groenewegen is a partner at Osler with a broad corporate law practice covering mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and joint venture and shareholder arrangements. His clients include institutional investors such as Canadian pension plans, along with domestic and international private equity funds and companies across a range of sectors. John also advises clients structuring and investing in private funds, and provides general corporate and commercial advice to Canadian and international businesses. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. (Honours) in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
