About Mike
Mike Hamata is a partner at Roper Greyell practising in all areas of employment and labour law, including union disputes, workplace safety, human rights, and employment litigation. He is a fixture in labour arbitrations and at labour boards for both federally and provincially regulated employers, assisting with collective bargaining, wrongful dismissals, human rights claims, workplace safety and fatality investigations, picketing injunctions, and strike planning, with a particular focus on employers in the construction industry. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2012.
