Christopher M. Lennon works with tech startups, growth-stage companies, small and mid-sized businesses, post-secondary institutions, corporate boards, and not-for-profit organizations across a wide variety of matters and transactions, with much of his advisory work touching on intellectual property, corporate governance, and technology issues. Among the clients he serves are technology startups, ICT firms, SaaS and other software businesses, research organizations, non-profits, and individual entrepreneurs. Chris joined LennonAllen after a decade practicing at an established regional Vancouver firm, where he headed both the Startups & New Ventures group and the Charities & Not-for-Profit group. His credentials include being a Leanstack Certified Startup Mentor and a Black Duck Certified Legal Specialist; his honours include the 'Best for Copyright Matters - Canada' recognition from the Acquisition International 2015 Legal Awards and an Excellence Award for Tech Startup Advisory in 2016. Previously a director of the Thunderbird Football Association, he now serves as director and corporate secretary of the Blockchain Ecosystem of BC Society.
