JR Dar Santos joined Lakes, Whyte LLP after practising as a litigation lawyer at a downtown boutique firm, bringing a pragmatic, business-minded approach to legal problem-solving. Before entering the legal profession he spent nearly a decade in the insurance industry, which continues to inform his advice. He assists clients with employment matters, debt claims, property disputes, and construction litigation, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.
