Claire Boychuk practices labour, employment, and public law in RavenLaw's Ottawa office. She received her B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill's Faculty of Law and her BA (Hons.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Davis Scholar, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018. She has represented clients on whistleblower legislation, novel human rights claims, and workplace privacy issues at all levels of court, drawing on her experience as a former Judicial Law Clerk at the Federal Court of Canada. Claire is an alumna of the Parliamentary Internship Programme and wrote a procedural textbook on the role of public interest interveners in Canadian courts, titled Intervening in Canadian Courts.
