Employment & Labour LawChris Wirth is a partner who joined the firm after working as a partner at one of Canada's leading litigation boutiques. His practice spans administrative law, civil litigation, condominium and construction law, corporate and commercial litigation and class actions, employment law, insurance law, professional regulation, and wills and estates. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and courts in British Columbia, among other tribunals, and regularly represents clients before professional bodies and at coroners' inquests. Chris has a particular interest in Anton Piller orders and has served as supervising solicitor for them, and he acts as an independent legal advisor to several administrative tribunals, including chairing the University of Toronto's Tribunal. He earned his BA from Trinity College at the University of Toronto in 1986, his LLB from the University of British Columbia in 1989, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1991.
