About Anthony
Anthony (Tony) Rosato is a partner who represents a broad range of corporate clients, from entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses to large corporations and not-for-profits. He also advises public sector clients such as school boards on corporate matters. His practice covers acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, commercial leasing, intellectual property, secured transactions, estate planning and administration, and education and public sector law. Tony was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988 after earning his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours BA from McGill University. He regularly presents to school boards and the Ontario Association of School Business Officials and serves as managing editor of his firm's Public Sector Procurement Law Newsletter.
