About Christopher

Christopher Tworzyanski is a senior associate whose practice centers on securities law, particularly corporate finance and Canadian securities regulation. He has counseled issuers and investment banks on a wide array of private placements as well as public equity and debt offerings. He also advises public companies on M&A transactions, corporate governance matters, and keeping current with securities regulators and stock exchange requirements. While still in law school, he worked as a caseworker with Queen's Business Law Clinic and wrote about equity financing in the exempt market, later sharing the work with students at the Smith School of Business.
