About Christopher

Christopher Naudie holds the role of senior litigation partner across Osler's Disputes, White Collar Defence, and Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment groups. Peers recognize Christopher as a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice spans class action defence, regulatory and criminal enforcement, and cross-border litigation, and he leads the firm's competition litigation and investigation practice. Christopher also serves as a key contact for the Class Action Defence Group and has acted as lead counsel in numerous class proceedings across Canada, covering anticompetitive conduct, securities violations, insider trading, oppression and derivative claims, misleading advertising, product liability, privacy claims, negligence, and fraud. His litigation experience extends to complex commercial disputes touching on corporate governance, shareholder rights, director and officer liability, auditor negligence, valuation proceedings, insurance disputes, and data breaches. Christopher earned law degrees from McGill University and Harvard Law School, and clerked for Chief Justice Lamer of the Supreme Court of Canada and Justice Morris Fish of the Quebec Court of Appeal.
