About Christopher
Christopher Bown is a partner and leader of Gowling WLG's Patent Group in Canada. He holds a PhD in Medical Sciences from McMaster University and a B.Sc. in Genetics from the University of Western Ontario. His postdoctoral research at the Neuroscience Research Institute in Ottawa focused on transcriptional regulation of genes involved in neurotransmission and the development of diagnostic tests for genetic markers associated with major depressive disorder.
