About Christina

Christina Kim is an associate in Robins Appleby's Wills & Estates group, advising clients on estate planning matters such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for property and personal care. She also supports executors and other fiduciaries through the estate administration process, including preparing probate applications and providing advice on managing estate assets, and has experience bringing guardianship applications to court on behalf of incapacitated people. Christina earned her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2021 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. She serves on the Ontario Chapter Committee of the Korean Canadian Lawyers Association and is fluent in Korean.
