About Christian
Christian Arseneau is an associate whose practice centers on tax law across domestic and international matters. Areas of focus include private equity deals, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and public offerings of debt and equity, along with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Torys, Christian completed articles within the tax group of a full-service law firm in Canada. Christian also gained experience as a research assistant with the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, and separately took on an editing role at the Dalhousie Law Journal.
