David Young is the principal of David Young Law, a privacy and regulatory law counsel practice with an emphasis on privacy, security, product marketing, and organizational compliance. He is the 2015 recipient of the Ontario Bar Association's Karen Spector Memorial Award for Excellence in Privacy Law, a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Privacy and Access Law Section, and a co-author of Canadian Advertising and Marketing Law, published by Thomson Reuters.
