About Chris

Chris is a Partner and the firm's Securities Group Lead in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law. He advises clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, negotiates credit, security, lease and license agreements, and handles the organization of corporations, partnerships and joint ventures along with general corporate and regulatory matters. Chris is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association, and previously chaired the Board of Directors of Feed Nova Scotia. He holds an LL.B., B.A. and B.Sc., all from Dalhousie University.
