About Chetan
Chetan Muram is an associate at Cavalluzzo LLP whose work centers on protecting workers' rights and holding employers accountable. He supports unions through grievance arbitrations and broader advocacy, while also representing non-unionized employees in wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, and workers' compensation appeals. He has spoken at conferences and delivered guest lectures on occupational health and safety and workplace discrimination. Before joining Cavalluzzo in 2025, he worked at other Toronto labour and employment firms and spent years at a legal clinic focused on workers' rights. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Workers' Health and Safety Legal Clinic. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto.
