About Cayley
Cayley Kavanagh is an associate in Osler's Corporate group. She earned a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honours Specialization in Consumer Behaviour from Western University, and before law school worked in data analytics for a global market research firm. After her first year of law school, Kavanagh worked as a summer law student at the National Hockey League Players' Association, researching and drafting briefs in support of player salary arbitration cases. She joined Osler as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articling term with the firm from 2024 to 2025. Kavanagh received the Insolvency Institute of Canada Prize in Insolvency Studies and holds a JD from the University of Windsor.
