About Carmen

Carmen Boucher has practiced law since her admission to the Alberta Bar in 2016, focusing on family law and estate matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Her practice covers estate planning, including wills, personal directives, and powers of attorney, estate administration, trust creation, adult guardianship and trusteeship, and family law matters such as separation, divorce, child support, and parenting, as well as matrimonial and family property. She previously worked in information technology and is active in Franco-Albertan community organizations.
