About Janaia

Janaia Fedor received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2021 and was called to the bar in June 2022, having volunteered with Student Legal Services' Family and Civil Projects and co-coordinated the Faculty of Law's U School Program while studying. She practises in wills and estates, adult guardianship, real estate and family law, and joined the BARR LLP partnership in 2026. She volunteers with the Zebra Child Protection Centre and DirectHer Network.
