About Omar

Omar Abdulhak practices civil litigation, personal injury, estate litigation, and family law, and has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Court of Appeal of Alberta. His civil litigation work covers shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, construction litigation, insurance litigation, defamation, fraud and conspiracy, and creditor rights, among other matters. In personal injury, he has represented clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other incidents, and in family law he has handled divorce, custody, guardianship, and support matters. Abdulhak has also represented clients in estate litigation involving will and trust disputes. He holds a Juris Doctor (2015) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (2013), and has represented clients in legal matters across British Columbia, the Northwest Territories, Manitoba, and Ontario in addition to Alberta. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
