About Tybring
Tybring Hemphill is a criminal law litigator with over 30 years of experience. He received his law degree from the University of Victoria in 1992 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1993 after articling with McKimm & Lott. He has argued cases before the Provincial, Supreme, and Appeal Courts of British Columbia, defending clients on charges ranging from murder and assault to impaired driving, theft, fraud, and drug offences. He is also an instructor with the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law Clinical Law Program (the Law Centre), a student-staffed clinic providing free legal services, and regularly appears in Ganges Provincial Court on Salt Spring Island.
