About Carly

Carly Androschuk is a civil litigation lawyer with over ten years of experience, including representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims and, earlier in her career, defending them. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2014 and began her career as a civil litigator focused on bodily injury defence for insurance companies before moving to public practice in 2016 as an in-house government lawyer defending municipal injury claims. She joined CAM LLP in July 2024, working primarily for seriously injured people, and has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Municipal Government Board and City Council. Her practice covers motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, fatal injury claims, insolvency litigation and complex contract disputes.
