About Jaime
Jaime Sorokin is an associate in Witten's corporate and commercial group whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, leasing and lending, including acquisitions, dispositions, property development, leasing and financing. She has experience preparing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and related documentation, and works with developers on office, retail, industrial and residential projects. Jaime holds a dual JD from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy (2022), a Master's degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA from the University of British Columbia, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2025 (and the British Columbia bar in 2023, now inactive). Before joining Witten, she articled at a Toronto firm and practised at a boutique firm in Vancouver. Outside of the office, Jaime is an avid traveller, a licensed ski racing coach, and enjoys baking.
