About Jean

Jean Oliver was called to the Alberta Bar in 1996 and has been with CAM LLP as a personal injury lawyer, working primarily for seriously injured people, since January 2012. She began her career in insurance defence litigation with Parlee McLaws and then spent nine years with Alberta Justice, representing the Administrator of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund and defending claims against the Province. She has represented clients before the Provincial Court, Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal, as well as the Alberta Human Rights Commission, and has acted as inquiry counsel for provincial fatality inquiries. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for personal injury litigation since 2023.
