About Caelyn
Caelyn Hill is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her work covers venture capital, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters. Caelyn completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, finishing near the top of her graduating class, and took part in several community initiatives there, including mediation and IP innovation clinics. Before law school, she studied music performance and music education at Western University. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and 2023, and completed her articling term across 2024 and 2025.
