About Gordon

Gordon Ullman is Counsel at Mills & Mills LLP, practicing in business law, estate law and real estate law. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1984 after earning an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. In his business law practice, Gordon advises clients from the formation of their businesses through acquisitions, leasing, contract negotiations and divestitures. His estate law work includes counseling executors and administrators, drafting wills, and handling succession planning, probate applications and powers of attorney. Through his real estate practice, he acts on residential and commercial transactions, financing and mortgage matters, purchase and lease agreements, and institutional lending and securitization, and he has also served as counsel to sports organizations and governing bodies. Gordon previously taught corporate law and real estate law as an instructor for the Ontario Bar Association.
