C. Kelsey O'Brien is a partner at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office focusing on civil litigation, particularly health law, insurance law, and professional disciplinary matters. She has appeared before Saskatchewan courts at all levels, regulatory bodies, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She was elevated to partnership in 2021 and remains active in pro bono work and community board service.
