About Chady

Chady Moustarah is the founding partner of Moustarah & Company, practising in personal injury, criminal law, and civil litigation. He was called to the Alberta bar in 2003 and to the Northwest Territories bar in 2011, and has appeared in courts across several Canadian provinces and territories as well as in the United States. His criminal practice has a particular focus on narcotics offences, though he is proficient in defending all areas of criminal law. Moustarah is a member of the Alberta Criminal Trial Lawyers Association.
