About Brooke
Brooke Smith is a partner at Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practicing medical defence and health law. She represents medical professionals in civil litigation and administrative law matters, with particular interest in mental health law, and has appeared before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Consent and Capacity Board and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She is active in community engagement through pro bono legal services.
