About Emmanuel

Emmanuel Sala is a lawyer and CPA who advises on complex domestic and international tax matters, private equity transactions, and tax disputes. He holds an LLB from the University of Montreal (2003) and a Master's degree in taxation from the University of Sherbrooke (2005), and has taught in the Master of Laws taxation program at HEC Montreal and the University of Montreal since 2012.
