About Bridget

Daley was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2002, having completed a B.A. (Honours) at Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1997 and an LL.B. from Dalhousie Law School in 2000. She practiced in Ontario, focusing on insurance defence litigation, before returning to St. John's in 2006, where she was admitted to the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Her practice is limited to civil litigation, with particular emphasis on insurance-related matters, including the defence of professional liability claims.
