About Daniel
Daniel McBain represents trade unions and non-union employees in labour, employment, human rights and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on privacy and human rights issues. McBain has appeared before federal and provincial labour arbitrators and boards, human rights tribunals, and the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Before joining as an associate, McBain clerked at the BC Supreme Court and articled with the firm, and worked for the Law Students' Legal Advice Program during law school. McBain volunteers with Access Pro Bono, providing free legal services to low-income individuals.
