About Brian
Brian Gray chairs Osler's Private Equity practice, working with sponsors, portfolio companies and strategic buyers on complex, high-value deals across a wide range of industries. His work covers leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, secondary sales and strategic acquisitions, along with the securities compliance and governance issues that come with them. Gray regularly advises U.S. and international investors entering Canada and helps Canadian companies expand into global markets. Over his career he has worked on many of Canada's largest private equity and M&A deals, spanning technology, financial services, infrastructure, healthcare and manufacturing, among other sectors. He earned his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School, an M.B.A. at the Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Western Ontario.
