About Brian

Brian D. Rogers is counsel at McLeod Law with decades of experience in real estate financing, leasing, development, acquisitions, and dispositions across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. He holds an LLB from the University of Alberta and a BA from the University of Calgary, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1974. Brian has acted as lead counsel on major developments including the Eagle Ridge project and the Southwest Calgary Ring Road, and has represented the Province of Alberta in real estate negotiations. He is recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate and commercial leasing law and continues pro bono work for charitable and religious organizations.
