About Brian
Brian Crane is a partner at Gowling WLG's Ottawa office and a King's Counsel who has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court and provincial courts. He has worked extensively in the negotiation and implementation of modern Indigenous treaties and self-government agreements throughout Canada. He was appointed to the Order of Canada in 2025 and is recognized by Chambers Canada as a Senior Statesman in Indigenous law.
