About Evan
Evan Daikov represents employers in proceedings before arbitrators, courts, and administrative boards and tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. He offers practical, forward-looking advice on labour and employment matters, with particular focus on human rights and accommodation, wrongful dismissal, workplace safety and insurance, and employment standards. He advises employers of all sizes across a range of sectors, including public and broader public sector organizations. He earned his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2015, after completing an M.A. in English at Queen's University and a B.A. in English and Philosophy at the University of Toronto. He was called to the bar in 2016.
