About Brandon

Brandon Walzak earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2019 and was called to the Newfoundland bar in February 2020, winning the Provincial Court Judges' Award for highest standing in criminal law. He worked as a municipal prosecutor and in-house counsel for the City of St. John's before joining MacGillivray Law as an associate. He has appeared before all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador and the Federal Court of Canada, and has litigated insurance matters in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.
