About Erin

Erin is a partner and trademark agent in St. John's leading complex commercial litigation involving insurance, construction and real estate, as well as matters relating to entertainment, media, privacy, and intellectual property. She was lead counsel for the City of Corner Brook in a successful Supreme Court of Canada appeal and for the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador at the Muskrat Falls Public Inquiry, and has led a class action that resulted in a $20 million award for class members. Erin holds an LLB/MBA from the University of New Brunswick (2008) and a BA from McGill University (2001), and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2009. She is past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Intellectual Property Section.
