About Brandon

Brandon W. Orct is an associate lawyer at Beard Winter whose practice covers both commercial and civil litigation. He previously articled with the firm before being called to the bar in 2023. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Ottawa Law Review and worked as a research assistant in administrative and contract law. He belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
