About Duncan
Duncan Reid is a partner at Farris LLP and a US-Canadian cross-border lawyer whose work spans M&A transactions and corporate finance, particularly cross-border matters, across technology, forestry, energy, mining, hospitality and commercial real estate. His recent work includes advising First Nations on clean energy projects and the BC forest industry on softwood lumber trade disputes. He was first called to the bar in New York in 2004.
