About Stephen
Stephen Henderson is a partner in the Entertainment & Sports and Intellectual Property Groups advising clients in music, film, television, sports, fashion, video games, and publishing on transactions, licensing, and talent agreements. His work includes music catalogue and brand acquisitions and drafting recording, publishing, and endorsement agreements. He teaches entertainment law at Osgoode Hall Law School and IP issues in franchising at Western University Faculty of Law. He earned his JD from the University of Toronto and his Honours BA in Multimedia and Political Science from McMaster University.
