About Denis
Denis Keimakh is an associate in the corporate law group at Osler's Toronto office. He earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he worked as a research assistant to Professor Deborah MacGregor and volunteered with Calibrate Solutions on statistical automation tools for a justice sector development report. He also holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, during which he completed consulting projects for small businesses in Costa Rica, Chile, and Argentina. Before law school, Denis Keimakh earned a Master of Science at the University of Toronto studying biomarkers of response to anti-cancer compounds, and a Bachelor of Science at Queen's University focused on neuroscience research. He joined Osler as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articling term there in 2025.
