About Nik
Nik Popovski is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies group. The practice centres on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, general corporate matters, and work with emerging companies. Nik completed a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Arts in Economics program at the University of Toronto, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution. He joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm in 2022.
