About Bradley
Brad is a corporate and securities lawyer in the firm's St. John's office, acting for clients on Canadian and cross-border debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and project development. He has worked on structured project financings, acquisitions, and divestitures across the mining, hydroelectric, oil and gas, and wind-hydrogen industries. Brad also advises clients on corporate governance and ongoing compliance with securities obligations, including continuous disclosure and mining disclosure standards. He sits on the boards of Golf NL and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Newfoundland. He earned his J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2021 and a B.Eng. in Ocean and Naval Architectural Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2018, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2022.
