Dr. Börries Ahrens is a partner at A&O Shearman working from the firm's Hamburg office. His practice covers the full range of European and German antitrust law. He often appears for clients in merger clearance matters and cartel investigations handled by the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission, and German courts. He has considerable experience counseling companies across the retail, automotive, food, chemicals, waste management, and financial services industries.
