About Jackson
Jackson Allen is a partner and energy specialist with experience across Asia, Africa, and Australia, particularly in oil and gas projects and the energy transition. He negotiates and drafts offtake agreements for oil, gas, LNG, condensate, and hydrogen and related vectors such as ammonia, and advises on M&A, joint venture structuring, project development, and regulatory issues in LNG, gas, hydrogen, CCUS, and renewable power. His work also extends to the sale, construction, and use of infrastructure such as terminals, pipelines, storage facilities, and power plants. Jackson sits on the Association of International Energy Negotiators' hydrogen sale and purchase agreement drafting committee and belongs to the Energy & Resources Law Association. He was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University.
