About Fatima

Fatima Al-Shawaf handles cross-border M&A and corporate advisory work in the infrastructure sector. She regularly advises private capital investors, infrastructure funds, corporates, developers and operators on sale processes and joint venture arrangements, and is a member of the firm's Global Infrastructure Group. Her matters have covered offshore wind, battery storage, biomass power, gas-fired plants and data infrastructure projects across the UK, Netherlands and beyond. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016. Fatima holds a BA in Law from Queens' College, Cambridge, and an LL.M. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and was named a Rising Star by Infrastructure Investor in 2023.
