About Frederiek

Frederiek Adams serves as EU Head of Private Equity at A&O Shearman, based in Brussels. He has more than 20 years of experience guiding Belgian and international companies, private equity sponsors, and management teams through complex domestic and cross-border deals. His work spans private equity and corporate M&A, covering buyouts, exits, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and equity capital markets transactions. He has handled both buy-side and sell-side mandates across sectors including technology and software, life sciences and healthcare, energy and infrastructure, industrials, and financial services.
